I have played volleyball for about 4 years now. I began training with Robby during the transition period between school volleyball and junior Olympic volleyball. He designed workout routines so that I could achieve my primary goal: becoming a better player. Excellent trainer…keeps it fun! At Fitness Mastermind, Robby Wilson is just that…a mastermind! Not only did he help me lose weight and tone my body, but he educated me while he was doing it. I learned so much about how the body works because he explains why you are doing a certain exercise at a certain time, why you eat certain foods in the morning or just after work out. You can definitely see his passion for what he does because he makes you love exercising too! He is always professional but makes my workouts fun and different every time. I met Robby Wilson about 3 months back, and decided to take him up on his offer and try few personal trainer sessions with him. I knew 4 sure after the first time I was hooked! Ive been training with him ever since and Im doing 3 times a week now with him and 2 days on my own! Im not gonna lie it is tough, but Robby has made me realize I am physically able to do so much more than I thought I ever could!
I love the way he teaches me when he works with me in our sessions! The best in Round Rock I promise! I was 257 pounds when started with Robby, in 3 months I am 214 pounds! My bodyfat was 39% when I started and now it is 18%! Very positive guy, knows his exercise and nutrition stuff! High rec.!

I give 4 out 5 stars because I don’t believe anybody to be perfect (except the man above), but Robby is pretty dang close. Now I have lost the bodyfat, he is training me to do my first 1/2 marathon! It is one of my “bucket list!” But he says 13.1 is just the tip of the iceberg for me, plans on me doign all kinds of things 26.1, triathlon…He has a way about him to make me believe I can do anything in or out of the workout.
His techniques make you achieve, but the fact that he has something about him that you dont want to let him down doesnt hurt either! Super smart guy, explains everything to perfection! Makes me want to be a trainer! He came with me to my work and helped me talk to all my coworkers about nutrition. He even went through the office with me and gave away healthy snacks and helped me throw away and clean up all the unhealthy stuff at my office!
Robby spent over 2 hours doing this for me and the other coworkers, just because he wanted me to have surroundings that allowed me to do good, and did it on his own time for free! He’s a standup, hardworking guy no doubt! Seriously check him out.

Robby Wilson is the best! Ken and I have been training with Robby, the owner, at Fitness Mastermind for almost 4 months now and I could not be more pleased with the results.
